You will find information on this website, supplied by Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia about how to apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if you need one. Unclaimed Passports/Letters from Faisal Tours & Travel

It is the responsibility of applicants to collect the envelopes containing their letters and passports related to visa applications from Faisal Tours & Travel. Unclaimed envelopes with passports/letters are sent back to the Consulate General in Delhi after one month of receiving back at GVS from Saudi Embassy in Delhi.

If the envelopes are unclaimed after 03 months of receiving it back from GVS, the High Commission or the Consulate will destroy the unclaimed letters and return the passports to the local passport office. Any valid Saudi visas will be cancelled in passports before they are returned to the local authorities.

Applicants who fail to collect their envelopes within the timeframes indicated above must approach the passport office directly in order to obtain their passport back. Once passports have been handed over to the local passport authorities, the Saudi Consulate will no longer be responsible and unable to assist.
